• ​Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, products are delivered within 5-7 business days.
• ​Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via WhatsApp/Email."

Payment Policy :-

"To ensure order authenticity and reduce RTO (Return to Origin), we follow a Partial Advance Payment model for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• ​Advance Payment: A non-refundable amount of 10% must be paid online to confirm your COD order.
• ​Balance Amount: The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• ​Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed once the advance payment is received. If the advance is not paid within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled."
